OK, possible October Surprises suggested so far:

1. Israel will attack Iran.
2. Obama will turn off the airwaves.
3. Inert gunpowder, roundup of country-western artists.

We should make this a formal betting pool. If I got to choose, I'd go with "Obama turns the economy back up to "Prosperous" on the Econometer, because he can totally do that".

I say Obama should end Social Security payments to registered Republicans and let the free market thin out the heard. Let's see how they like capitalism once they are exposed to it.

Once again I wonder how people so desperately in need of mental health care manage to be elected to positions of responsibility. Do sane people not vote in some areas of the States, or are there so many unbalanced people that loons like this can be elected?
